Clone the public facing website to the site's staging environment.
WP Super Cache flattens the php of Wordpress into static html pages which results in faster page serving to visitors. Those flattened html files can then be further cached on Cloudflare's CDN where it will be served to visitors even more quickly.

By clearing Cloudflare's cache of the files that were created by WP Super Cache you ensure you're seeing the current state of the website.
Super quick. All content and Wordpress settings will be cloned to staging but no files will be transferred. Media uploads, plugins, themes etc. will be untouched.
First all security plugins will be temporarily deactivated, then a WP Migrate Profile will be run, then security plugins will be re-enabled.
You almost certainly do not want to use this. These operations will clear all caches for ALL client websites simultaneously. Why would you do this? Don't know? Then don't do it. Use the "Single Website" option instead.
This is the nuclear option. First WP Super Cache's cache is cleared. Then Cloudflare's CDN is cleared to remove their copies of the pages that WP Super Cache created. If this doesn't work, wait 30 seconds and refresh the site. If it still doesn't work, clear your browser's cache.
